A Brief History:
I’m Esther. Former PR agency owner turned brand communications consultant, business podcaster and now… Closet Editor & Wardrobe Consultant.
After two decades working with leading beauty and fashion brands, plus interviewing incredible business leaders, I took a professional burnout break. Almost immediately, my phone began to ring with requests to consult on wardrobe editing and flash forward, the EG Wardrobe Edit was invented. This gloriously gratifying pivot allows me to show up (IRL) for closet purge-power-hours, styling sessions, and help clients feel their most confident.
Everyone stands and speaks differently when they feel confident in their clothing.
Philosophy:
To me, style is really a tool of confident communication. All of us can recall a time we were at our best because we felt excellent in an outfit… or the exact opposite.
My personal approach to getting dressed is pragmatic. I lean to classics with some modernity, concern myself most with ease of fit, and I play with a tunable level of creativity based on the room I’m walking into. AKA, girl where are you going and how do you want to feel when you get there?
The mission is to apply these sensibilities while taking my client’s real-life needs, personal tastes and physical body into account.
Together we can create a stress-free, functional closet and develop a confident wardrobe.
